  "abstract": "A patient in his 50s, with HTN, HLD, GERD, and obesity (class II, BMI 36 kg/m 2), presented with abdominal pain and bloating. Notably, he does not have diabetes mellitus. He was receiving weekly tirzepatide subcutaneous injections for a medically supervised weight loss program. He tolerated these treatments with mild GI symptoms, and his dosage was up-titrated to 15 mg. Approximately 48 hours after the fourth dose of tizepatide 15 mg, the patient experienced abdominal cramps and distension. He sought evaluation at the ED 5 days afterward because his symptoms were more prolonged and severe compared with similar symptoms that he had experienced after prior doses. He did not experience any vomiting, jaundice, melena, or hematochezia.",
