  "abstract": "Introduction and Objectives Interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) are commonly associated with progressive symptoms, reductions in quality-of-life and survival. Although the literature supports the importance of supportive and palliative care (SPC) in the patient journey, there remains no consensus/national guideline on SPC provision in the United Kingdom (UK). We hypothesised that there are disparities in SPC provision across the UK and aimed to map services in hospitals and the community.Methods A cross-sectional online survey devised by members of the UK Supportive Palliative Care ILD Network was distributed to respiratory and SPC health-care professionals (HCP) from across the UK. Patient representatives contributed to the planning meeting. The questions covered SPC referral pathways, and presence of SPC-dedicated MDTs and clinics within hospitals. Community site-related questions covered the provision for ILD patients of holistic services, and end-of-life discharge facilitation from hospital.Results Ninety-one responses were received from across the UK between November 2024 and May 2025. Seventy-four respondents were from secondary care and covered 51 hospital sites/trusts ( table 1). Twenty-three specialist ILD centres responded. 32% of respondents reported a dedicated ILD SPC MDT meeting was operational in their hospital site. SPC outpatient services appeared to vary across the UK by frequency, duration and HCP. 28% of respondents reported the presence of joint SPC-respiratory clinics for ILD patients. Conflicting answers in sites which received ≥2 responses, and respondents answering ‘unknown’ to questions suggested poor understanding by HCPs of local services. Only 17 responses were received from community-based sites, 8 of which were from hospice settings.Abstract P16 Table 1Table summarising number and percentage of respondents that report the provision of supportive and palliative care (SPC) services for ILD patients at hospital sites across the United KingdomConclusions This national survey provides the first insights into SPC services available for ILD patients across the UK and highlights variabilities in the provision of care. Unfortunately, limited responses were received regarding community services. Respondents may not have replied if the SPC services in their locality are accessible and utilised by ILD patients, but are not ILD specific services. Further engagement is needed including research that focuses on qualitative sampling of patient/carer stakeholders in collaboration with community support groups/charities. This survey highlights the need for consensus and guidance in the UK on SPC service provision for ILD patients.",
