  "abstract": "We have read with interest the article by Balocco et al, which describes the distribution pattern of the pericapsular nerve group (PENG) block using 3D CT scan imaging in 10 patients undergoing hip replacement surgery, following the administration of 18 mL of 0.5% ropivacaine and 2 mL of dye contrast.1 We respectfully request some clarifications from the authors regarding certain points raised in the study.",
