  "abstract": "We read with great interest Sørensen et al 1 study on the analgesic benefits of adding the a popliteal plexus block (PPB) to a femoral triangle block after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). They found that adding a PPB to a femoral triangle block significantly reduces 24-hour total opioid consumption following TKA compared with a standalone femoral triangle block or adductor canal block (AC) while preserving lower leg strength.",
