  "abstract": "In a recent letter by Forero and Kamel,1 commenting on a study on injectate spread in a cadaver model,2 a concern was raised about the lack of imaging data in cadaver studies. We agree with the observations of Forero and Kamel but propose extending the discussion further. Specifically, we believe that the regional anesthesia scientific community should transition from using still pictures of ultrasound screens to incorporating video clips that demonstrate the actual techniques used.",
