  "abstract": "Background and Aims Effective pain control is essential for patients undergoing hip surgery. Superior cluneal nerve block (SCNB) and thoracolumbar fascia block (TLFB) offer promising options for postoperative analgesia.Methods We report a case series on the effectiveness of SCNB and TLFB in managing postoperative pain in patients undergoing hip surgery (total hip replacement, Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation, and hemiarthroplasty).Results This case series describes twelve patients receiving SCNB and TLFB with ropivacaine 0.375% and dexamethasone for postoperative pain control.
