  "abstract": "A 37-year-old man developed ascending paraesthesia in the lower limbs, followed by progressive weakness involving both the lower and upper limbs, over 1 month such that he could not walk. He subsequently developed urinary and faecal incontinence. On examination, he had tetraparesis, hyper-reflexia, a sensory level at T6 and severe sensory ataxia.",
