  "abstract": "The 2024 British Social Attitudes survey, run by the National Centre for Social Research and published in April 2025, has shown very low levels of public satisfaction with the NHS. Only 21% of adults stated they were satisfied with how the NHS runs—the lowest figure since the survey began in 1983. 1 Satisfaction varied across demographics, with younger generations more likely to be dissatisfied than those aged 65 years and above, and more respondents in Wales being dissatisfied than those in England.1",
