  "abstract": "Introduction The European Network on Connective Tissue and Musculoskeletal Diseases (ERN ReCONNET) is formed by groups of healthcare professionals and patients that cooperate to improve the management on rare (Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes, IgG4-Related Diseases, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD), Relapsing Polychondritis) and complex CTDs (Antiphospholipid Syndrome, Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathies, Sjögren’s Syndrome, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Systemic Sclerosis (SSc), and Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease)Since 2019, ReCONNET Educational Committee organized free online webinars accessible live on Zoom platform and recorded on ReCONNET YouTube (YT) page. The aim of the current analysis was to assess the number of live and YT views (YTv) for the webinars from SSc disease group compared with other CTDs.Material and Methods Since 2019, ERN ReCONNET organized 79 webinars. Live views data (available since October 2023) were obtained from Zoom, while YTv (available since 2019) were collected as of 31st August 2025.Results By considering a total of 167,000 YTv, 21 webinars on rare CTDs collected 76,908 YTv (average 3,623±4,484 per webinar), whereas 58 webinars on complex CTDs totalized 90,902 YTv (average of 1,567±1,971 per webinar), the former got a significantly higher number of YTv per webinar (p<0.01).To date, 7 webinars have been specifically dedicated to SSc, which YTv (average 844.4±758.5; total 5,911) showed no significant differences in audience engagement when compared with other CTDs (p>0.05), except for MCTD (average 7,578.7 ± 6,824.6; total 22,736; p=0.01) (figure 1).Since October 2023, SSc webinars collected 50 live views (3 webinars, average 12.5±11.47 per webinar). For live webinars, no significant differences in maximum concurrent attendance were observed between SSc-dedicated sessions and those focused on other CTDs (all p>0.05), nor when SSc webinars were compared with all other groups combined (p=0.229) (figure 2).Over time, SSc YTv demonstrated a significant increase versus other CTDs, with an average growth of 21 views per time unit (β=21.07, p=0.001), but the latter started with higher initial views β=235.33, p=0.001) and a significantly steeper increase in views compared to SSc (β=29.51, p=0.001) (figure 3).Conclusions By considering the high competition on term of online Education for CTDs, the SSc educational webinars from ERN ReCONNET, generated a level of interest comparable to the other CTDs, but showed a more significant increase in YTv over time, although the growth of the other CTDs seemed faster.
