  "abstract": "The UK Myasthenia Database (UKMyDB) is a retrospective and prospective patient registry, containing demographic, diagnosis and clinical data extracted from patient records and entered into REDCap (an online-based database). Since June 2023, Oxford University Hospitals Trust have enrolled 351 adult patients with Myasthenia Gravis (MG).Of the 351 patients enrolled, 50.4% (177) were male, 49.6% (174) were female and the race distribution was as follows: 78.6%, White, 5.7% Asian, 3.7% Black, 0.9% other ethnic group, 11.1% not documented.319 patients were AChR-positive (51 [16.0%] ocular, 268 [84.0%] generalised), 11 were MUSK-positive, 16 were seronegative (7 [43.8%] ocular, 9 [56.2%] generalised) and 5 with unconfirmed serology. Mean age of enrolled patients was 60.82 years (±17.05), mean duration of disease was 9.80 years (±10.01), and the mean age at diagnosis was 50.47 years (±20.09). 167/351 were diagnosed before 50 years of age (majority female, 70.7%) and 184/351 after 50 years (majority male, 69.6%). However, low enrolment of those over 85 years limits analysis and further recruitment is required.Recruitment is ongoing across the UK to capture a representative population of this rare disease, which will enable comprehensive longitudinal research including epidemiology, MG subgroups and treatment responses.mohammad.ashraghi@ndcn.ox.ac.uk",
