  "abstract": "The solid-tubulocystic variant of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is a rare and recently described neoplasm that may cause diagnostic difficulty due to its unusual morphological appearances. In particular, the tumour shows, at least in part, an acinar growth pattern in which the glandular lumens contain eosinophilic material, with peripheral scalloping. This feature is very reminiscent of thyroid follicles. The trabecular and acinar appearance of the tumour may also mimic a well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumour. This variant of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is characterised by inhibin expression on immunohistochemistry and also the presence of a particular genetic fusion. Here, we describe a case showing the typical morphological, immunohistochemical and genetic features.",
