Yet, as maternal cardiology evolves, new stressors emerge that challenge conventional risk stratification.1 Among them, twin pregnancy represents a uniquely high circulatory challenge that pushes maternal cardiac reserve to its limits. Until now, data have been scarce on its impact in women with structural heart disease.",
