  "abstract": "Background Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the leading cause of death in Kuwait, contributing to over 40% of all-cause mortality.Aim To describe and analyze trends in CVD mortality in Kuwait between 2010 and 2022.Methods A descriptive epidemiological study was conducted using secondary data from Kuwait’s Ministry of Health annual reports (2010–2022).Results Preliminary review indicates variability in CVD mortality.Conclusion This is the first national-level study in Kuwait to examine cardiovascular mortality trends over a decade. Findings highlight demographic disparities and suggest the need for targeted prevention strategies. The results offer evidence to inform health system planning, resource allocation, and national CVD prevention campaigns.",
