  "abstract": "Endoscopy-related musculoskeletal injuries affect up to two-thirds of gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopists and may increase as procedures become more complex. Although ergonomics is now recognised as a core competency, formal training remains limited. Proposed key preventive measures include maintaining a neutral posture, optimising monitor and bed height, using strain-reducing techniques, taking regular breaks and supporting physical health through proper equipment maintenance and overall conditioning. Early adoption of these habits during training may reduce long-term injury risk.",
