  "abstract": "We have carefully reviewed the article titled ‘Construction of exosome non-coding RNA feature for non-invasive, early detection of gastric cancer patients by machine learning: a multi-cohort study’ by Cai et al. 1 The study uses machine learning to build exosome non-coding RNA (ncRNA) features for the non-invasive early detection of gastric cancer (GC), addressing the urgent need for accurate early detection methods. Despite the significant achievements of this study, there are several key aspects that warrant further exploration.",
