  "abstract": "Endotracheal intubation is a common practice in newborn intensive care units (NICUs), and neonates are prone to physiological instability during intubation. The Stabilisation with nasal High flow during Intubation of Neonates (SHINE) trial demonstrated that nasal high flow (nHF) therapy during intubation increased the rate of first attempt success without physiological instability (50% in the nHF group vs 32% in the control group1). However, the feasibility and efficacy of this technique outside the context of a randomised controlled trial are uncertain.",
