  "abstract": "Qualitative research is central to understanding the experiences of people. This might include patient and family experiences of service delivery, symptoms, conditions or illness, how practitioners experience elements of their role or how services, systems and practices are organised, enacted and interpreted in healthcare settings. However, for many practitioners, analysing qualitative data remains a challenge. Working with large volumes of interview transcripts, observational material or free-text responses can feel difficult to manage, particularly when research or quality improvement is undertaken alongside clinical responsibilities. Moving from raw data to credible and useful findings is not always straightforward. This is where framework analysis can help.",
