  "abstract": "As demographic structures in many developed countries are aging, experts propose Hospital-at-Home to solve the increasing burden of geriatric population. Ideally, clinicians provide individualized and holistic healthcare for those in need. To reach the optimal goal of care, at least three primary drivers of overdiagnosis must be excluded. First, disparity of health literacy is the fundamental driver of overdiagnosis. Someone holds a hostile attitude towards ‘Western medicine,’ which misleads themselves into failing to recognize the real problem and jumping to the wrong conclusion. Healthcare providers, including clinicians or their family members, are delayed in portraying the whole picture of a person’s bio-psycho-social condition.Second, inconsistent financial support is a common case of reverse causation in overdiagnosis. In the Hospital-at-Home setting, potential liabilities issues worsen when medical resources are insufficient. Under the stress to rule out life-threatening situations, the physician may overdiagnose and admit the patient preventively. Healthcare providers urge stakeholders to generate guidelines for further communication.Lastly, implementation science of managing the quality-adjusted life year (QALY) is underestimated. It is the key to define overdiagnosis that all participants actively contribute to the healthcare system. Burning out of healthcare providers comes along with overdiagnosis. In the Hospital-at-Home setting, it may backfire to traditional medical facilities and accelerate degeneration. Overdiagnosis is more like a symptom of poor lifestyles instead of an intrinsic sin for doing too much.In conclusion, overdiagnosis in the Hospital-at-Home setting is an emerging topic to challenge the former concept. By debating how to ‘Do No Harm,’ we can eventually strike the bull’s eye on ‘just’-diagnosis.",
