  "abstract": "The recently published DTB article on fezolinetant illustrates one difficulty in assessing publications—the difference between statistical and clinical significance, and how to define clinically relevant changes for patients.1 This is important because some interventions, despite showing statistically significant improvements in clinical trials, only marginally affect the patient’s symptoms or quality of life.2 Focusing only on statistical significance could waste resources on interventions that do not actually impact patients’ lives in a meaningful way.",
