  "abstract": "CAMA+ (Cancer Manager Plus) is a digital health app for patients with breast, thyroid, colorectal, and lung cancer, offering scheduling, personalized information, lifestyle coaching (nutrition, sleep, exercise, physical activity, psychology), and community resources. Feasibility and acceptability were evaluated among 99 users (breast=34, thyroid=25, colorectal=17, lung=23). Overall satisfaction was high (25.15/30), with the information module rated highest (5.08/6). Module utilization averaged 57.3% for information and 60.6% for coaching, with sleep coaching showing the highest engagement (67.8%). Patients with breast and lung cancer engaged most with lifestyle coaching, especially sleep (70.6%, 75.7%) and nutrition (69.8%, 74.0%), reflecting treatment-related needs. Patients with colorectal cancer showed high physical activity use (71.6%) suggesting active health engagement, while those with thyroid cancer prioritized information (69.3%) over coaching (42.4%) given their favorable prognosis. CAMA+ demonstrated strong feasibility and satisfaction across cancer types, and the cancer-specific utilization patterns suggest that tailored engagement strategies may enhance effectiveness.",
