"abstract": "Understanding the effectiveness of treatment and experience is key to improving health outcomes and service delivery. Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) provide one way of doing this. These questionnaires allow healthcare providers to collect information about patients’ views of their outcomes and the experience they have received. 1 With feedback from these measures, healthcare organisations can create care that is more patient-centred, improve service delivery and promote informed decision-making. However, despite their benefits, few healthcare services have succeeded in implementing them effectively.2",
