  "abstract": "Interprofessional education is essential in perinatal medicine, where diverse professionals must collaborate to meet the urgent and complex needs of perinatal care. To address this, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust launched ‘Obstetric Neonatal Interest Teaching (ONIT)’, a trainee-led regional study day. The event engaged more than 150 participants across specialties, featuring expert talks, parental perspectives and interactive simulations. Faculty from two major London Trusts ensured breadth and inclusivity. Feedback demonstrated excellent organisation and high satisfaction with content and relevance. ONIT highlights the value of trainee-led multi-disciplinary learning in enhancing teamwork, knowledge and maternal–neonatal outcomes.",
