  "abstract": "Background EAFToS part II describes the usage of OMB in Australian RMS patients and analyzes the impact of OMB on patient-reported outcomes (PROs) relative to clinical outcomes and baseline (BL) demographics through linkage of MSGo to other real-world data sources.Methods EAFToS part II is a non-interventional, longitudinal sub-study with primary use of data. The primary endpoint was adherence, defined as the proportion of doses not completed within 3 days of the expected date during initiation and maintenance first 3 months. Additionally, PROs including treatment satisfaction, and change in clinical outcomes is evaluated.Results This interim analysis (data cutoff Jul 24, 2024) included 100 patients; mostly female (73%) and aged 31–40 years (37%). Mean (SD) BL EDSS score was 1.45 (1.33), mean time since diagnosis of 6.78 years (7.90); 60% of patients received prior therapy. High adherence to initiation doses 2 and 3 was observed (proportion: 0.967 (95% CI: 0.908–0.993). The proportion of maintenance doses 2 and 3 administered within 28±14 days showed perfect adherence (1.000, 95% CI: 0.960–1.000). The treatment satisfaction scores (mean Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire for Medication score) at BL and 6 months were: global satisfaction, 68.52 vs 72.37; effectiveness, 67.44 vs 70.18; side effects, 78.78 vs 82.80; convenience, 87.92 vs 87.15. EQ5D and fatigue scores remained stable over 6 months.Conclusion This analysis provides insights into the Australian OMB patient cohort up to 6 months. The final analysis will provide evaluation of PROs related to clinical outcomes, enhancing the understanding of real-world experiences for OMB patients.",
