  "abstract": "The authors present a case of a combined laryngocele that manifested as acute upper airway obstruction requiring tracheostomy. The initial clinical presentation and imaging were suggestive of a laryngeal neoplasm; however, a combined laryngocele was subsequently diagnosed.A complete transoral resection of the laryngocele was performed using a CO₂ LASER. The postoperative course was uneventful, allowing for tracheostomy closure and no recurrence was observed during the follow-up period.",
