  "abstract": "The prognosis of childhood cancers has been improved in the past few decades owing to better diagnosis and advanced treatments. This has led to an increase in the population of cancer survivors and also the challenges associated with the management of long-term adverse effects. This case report presents the oral and dental manifestations in an adolescent male cancer survivor who was diagnosed with para-meningeal rhabdomyosarcoma with lung metastasis at infancy. The case was managed successfully with the local radiotherapy along with chemotherapy; however, treatment was associated with maxillary hypoplasia on the right side and altered dental development with multiple teeth as a long-term adverse effect.",
