"abstract": "We report the follow-up of a previously published case of Susac syndrome (SuS) in a woman who underwent fertility-preserving treatment with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists during cyclophosphamide therapy. Four years after initial disease control, she conceived spontaneously following withdrawal of mycophenolate and went on to have an uneventful pregnancy and postpartum period, delivering a healthy baby. At the time of writing, approximately 2 years after delivery, she remains symptom-free. While the majority of previously reported cases demonstrate adverse pregnancy outcomes in SuS, this report adds to the limited data on pregnancy outcomes in patients with SuS.",
