  "abstract": "Generalised hypertaurodontism involving all primary molars is an extremely rare finding, particularly in non-syndromic children. This case describes a male child presenting with pain in the mandibular posterior region. Clinical examination revealed multiple carious lesions while radiographic evaluation demonstrated taurodont morphology affecting all primary first and second molars. Quantitative analysis using the Shifman and Chanannel index confirmed hypertaurodontism in all eight primary molars. Comprehensive clinical assessment excluded associated syndromic conditions. The symptomatic tooth was managed with pulpectomy using a calcium hydroxide–iodoform paste, followed by stainless steel crown placement while other teeth received appropriate restorative care. The postoperative course was uneventful and at 6-month follow-up the treated tooth remained asymptomatic with satisfactory function. This report highlights the importance of radiographic diagnosis and anatomy-driven management in rare generalised presentations of taurodontism in primary dentition.",
