"abstract": "We report a case of granulomatous prostatitis in a young male confirmed on histopathological examination. The case was initially presumed to be a case of prostate adenocarcinoma based on clinical, biochemical and imaging findings. To our knowledge, this is the second such reported case where there is a possible association between psoriasis and the subsequent development of granulomatous prostatitis and the only reported case of a patient on guselkumab immunotherapy.",
