"abstract": "Müllerian duct cysts are rare congenital anomalies arising from persistent remnants of the paramesonephric (Müllerian) duct system. The coexistence of Müllerian duct cysts with prostate adenocarcinoma has not been previously reported in the literature. We describe a unique case of a man in his mid-40s diagnosed with a Müllerian duct cyst and prostate cancer, raising the possibility of an association between these two entities. This case underscores the importance of comprehensive diagnostic assessment of Müllerian duct cysts across all age groups and raises awareness of the potential concomitant prostatic malignancy, even in younger individuals.",
