  "abstract": "Doege-Potter syndrome (DPS) is a paraneoplastic syndrome characterised by episodic hypoglycaemia associated with solitary fibrous tumours (SFTs). It is thought to occur secondary to the secretion of a prohormone of insulin-like growth factor II by the tumour. Here we describe the diagnosis and management of a rare case of seronegative DPS in a patient with a pleural-based SFT.",
