  "abstract": "The Canal of Nuck cyst is a rare developmental anomaly in females resulting from the failure of obliteration of the processus vaginalis that can lead to inguinal hernias. We present the case of a woman in her late 30s with a concomitant right inguinal hernia and Canal of Nuck cyst, managed successfully with laparoscopic total extraperitoneal repair and cyst excision. This report highlights the importance of considering this rare entity in the differential diagnosis of female groin swellings and discusses the comparative considerations between open and laparoscopic surgery.",
