Imaging revealed a large, septated cystic lesion adjacent to the round ligament of the uterus, raising suspicion for a hydrocoele of the canal of Nuck—a rare congenital remnant infrequently seen in adult women. Surgical excision confirmed the diagnosis. This case highlights a diagnostic challenge, where familiarity with rare embryological variants, in conjunction with detailed imaging, was essential for timely and effective treatment.",
