"abstract": "This case describes a male renal transplant recipient in his 70s with a history of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer who presented with a urethral mass initially concerning for malignancy. Histopathological analysis revealed condyloma acuminatum due to low-risk human papillomavirus (HPV), which rarely occurs in the urethra. The patient underwent transurethral resection with close cystoscopic surveillance. This report highlights the importance of considering benign HPV-related lesions in the differential diagnosis of urethral masses in high-risk populations and emphasises the need for individualised, multidisciplinary management and close follow-up to optimise outcomes.",
