"abstract": "Scar endometriosis is a rare form of extra-pelvic endometriosis that occurs at the site of surgical scars, most frequently after obstetric or gynaecologic procedures. This condition is often confused with a stitch granuloma or a non-healing scar, posing a diagnostic dilemma that can be resolved through histological examination alone. The incidence of post-tubectomy scar endometriosis is rare, and precise data are limited due to under-reporting and misdiagnosis, with hardly four cases reported in the literature to date. Herein, we present a case of scar endometriosis in a patient who had not undergone any prior surgery other than tubectomy.",
