  "abstract": "A girl in her middle childhood presented with cyanosis, exercise intolerance and failure to thrive. Transthoracic echocardiography revealed the presence of a common atrium along with atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD), double outlet right ventricle (DORV) and pulmonary stenosis (PS). The child subsequently underwent a cardiac CT angiography which demonstrated features of right isomerism (large transverse liver with asplenia and bilateral morphologically right bronchi and juxtaposed morphologically right atrial appendages) along with AVSD, DORV and PS ( figure 1). Incidentally, a linear cord-like hypodense fibromuscular band was seen spanning the common atrium with attachments on its anterior and posterior wall with complete absence of interatrial septum (figure 2). A single coronary artery was seen arising from the posterior coronary sinus, yielding right and left coronary circulation.",
