  "abstract": "We present a case of successful resection of a fourth recurrence of oligometastatic myxoid liposarcoma to the retroperitoneum. This case highlights the importance of centralised sarcoma centres with high surgical and patient volume, extensive perioperative work-up and the multidisciplinary management of patients with sarcoma. Perioperative work-up included a CT coronary angiogram, which identified intraventricular cardiac metastasis. The patient underwent a successful resection of the cardiac lesion prior to laparotomy, excision of right iliac fossa mass with en bloc ileocolic resection, excision of right adrenal metastasis and insertion of right JJ stent.",
