  "abstract": "A man in his 30s presented with a five day history of sore throat and a fever. One hour before presentation, the patient reported a severe occipital headache, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, and unsteadiness, culminating in a brief (<1 minute) loss of consciousness while sitting, witnessed by his family. On the way to the hospital, the patient experienced another episode of loss of consciousness. The patient had no medical or drug history and no personal history of syncope or family history of sudden death.",
