  "abstract": "Sleep, physical activity, and nutrition are lifestyle behaviours that influence cardiovascular disease risk. In the UK Biobank study, the most favourable combination—at least eight hours’ sleep each night, an hour a day of moderate to vigorous activity, and a high score for diet quality—carried less than half the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events than the least favourable combination. Even small differences mattered. Ten extra minutes of sleep, five minutes more exercise, and three more points on the diet score, together were equivalent to a 10% lowering of risk ( Eur J Prev Cardiol doi:10.1093/eurjpc/zwag141).",
