"abstract": "Sports medicine could be likened to riding a bike: sure, you have to have some talent and passion to get into it in the beginning, but to get good or improve, it takes hours of dedication, getting up and going again when some days you don’t want to. Embracing those glorious days that make it easy, but also respecting that there will be some of the more rainy days—either way, you have to be there doing it, going again. Some days it’s easy to get out of bed; other days, it might be easier to roll over and get a bit more shut-eye. Sometimes we are riding alone—other times we are with a group—the peloton assisting us on the way.",
