  "abstract": "Over the past 35 years, our understanding of the link between infant care practices and the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) has improved significantly. This has led to changes in advice given to parents and caregivers on promoting safer practices, such as encouraging the supine sleep position and avoiding riskier behaviours like prone sleeping or exposing infants to tobacco smoke. These changes have resulted in more than an 80% reduction in unexpected infant deaths in England. 1",
