  "abstract": "The report, ‘I wanted them all to notice’ protecting children and responding to child sexual abuse within the family environment (intrafamilial child sexual abuse, IFCSA), from the National Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel was published in November 2024.1 The research involved numerous inter-related strands including 136 rapid reviews of cases where there had been a serious incident involving IFCSA requiring notification to the National panel.2 It is a harrowing read reminiscent of Kemp’s 1977 lecture alerting paediatricians to child sexual abuse (CSA).3 The findings and recommendations mirror those from the 2015 Commissioner’s report4 and the voices of the survivors in the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse.5",
